This is a fantastic opportunity for you to be a first point of contact with customers & be a part of the future of agriculture. Our Techs are committed to delivering exceptional service through selling/receiving/delivering parts and accessories. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist all customers with locating parts/resources/placing orders
- Suggest additional items as recommended
- Assist in all areas such as tidying/stocking/merchandising
- Receive/count inventory
- Build/maintain customer & coworker relationships
- Participate in training to develop skills/knowledge
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ag parts/machinery knowledge
- Strong Interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Experience working with software systems
- Ability to lift heavy parts
- Valid drivers license
- Work flexible/extended hours and weekends
- Farming background/experience an asset
- 2+ yrs experience in a Parts environment
- Red Seal in Parts an asset
