RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide a high level of customer service and sales for all commodities.
2. Be knowledgeable about products and services offered by Pioneer Co-op, answering questions, problem solving and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Perform Deliveries as required.
4. Pick and prepare customer orders, taking payments, receiving and invoicing, inventory counts and control processes.
5. Actively support keeping Pioneer Co-op's merchandise secure

6. Yard maintenance such as mowing grass, weed whipping, etc.
7. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will display good customer service skills and enjoy working with the public. Farm Centre experience or farm background an asset. Must be a self-starter and able to work without supervision and able to work extended hours during peak season. This position involves heavy lifting, operating forklift and requires a valid Cass 5 Drivers License or higher. This position is classified as a Safety Sensitive Position; therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-ops Alcohol & Substance policy as a condition of employment. Averages 24  40 hours/week.
