Responsibilities
Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to client needs (therapeutic, relaxation, prenatal, etc.)
Educate clients on treatment plans and self-care recommendations
Maintain accurate treatment notes and follow industry regulations
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented spa environment
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked
Qualifications
Completion of a 2,200-hour Registered Massage Therapy program (or equivalent)
Registration and good standing with a recognized Massage Therapy Association in Saskatchewan
Professional liability insurance (employer may assist in coverage)
Strong communication, client care, and teamwork skills
Passion for wellness and providing outstanding client service
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage + commission structure
